David - Yes I actively work with companies inside (and outside) the industry to help them figure out how to leverage the new tools. I did a talk recently for architects, engineers, and consultants. Have you already seen these?

Hi Vik-
Interesting Article, I am going to pass it along to one of the owners at my firm. Reason, he just doesn't understand all of this social networking/media, what is involved and possible benefits. In the article you mentioned that firms need to have a plan before they dive into it. Have you worked with others or know someone that has? I know that social networking is the future, but need help expressing this to others in the firm. Any ideas?
